The upcoming action Fighter plane game Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. has been put back a week on PC.
It was originally going to be released next friday on the 13th of march, but is now going to be released on the 20th 2 weeks after the console release of the game.
two weeks after thhe demo of tom clancy’s H.A.W.X. came out on xbox live, it finaly hits PC gamers. Available for download now, the demo gives a nice taste of whats to come from the full game that will be released later this month. You can read a review of the demo HERE.
Over the weekend i had the opportunity to download and play the demo version of the new combat flight game HAWX from xbox live marketplace.
The demo unfortunately only allows use of a training mission and the first combat mission of the game, but this just leaves you wanting more
The training pits you against a few target drones and teaches you the control system, which takes 2 forms, in “assistance on” mode you fly like any usual combat simulator but with a double tap of either trigger, your taken into “assistance off” mode, which gives you enhanced control of the plane at the cost of hightened likelyhood of stalling the engines. using this flight mode you can outmanuvre your enemies with ease, and if you do stall the plane (which you will alot when your first starting) righting yourself is as simple as pointing the nose down and whacking up the throttle. overall the control systems are easy to master and youll be swatting away enemy planes in no time.
After the training your given the opportunity to pick a plane and weapon loadout for the first mission, unfortunatley you only get to choose an f16 and an air supremecy missile set but this system looks easy to use and should be excellent in the full game. il definatley be having a look at this game when it comes out next month.
